- Campus Calm: Sound Bath for Stress Relief
-
If your nervous system has been doing the most lately, this is your sign to slow down for an hour.
Join us for a calming evening of rest, breath, and crystal singing bowl sound healing designed to help students and faculty decompress, reset, and reconnect. This experience is less about “doing” and more about simply being — a space to lay down, breathe deeply, and leave feeling a little lighter.

We’ll close the experience with a grounding moment of stillness and “OM”
No experience is needed. Whether you’re brand new to meditation or already have a mindfulness practice, you are welcome exactly as you are. There’s no pressure to do anything perfectly.
