This class open to students of all fitness levels. The class can be repeated. The instructor will modify movements for returning students so that skills can be developed to an advanced level, while others are developing beginner skills.

    Recommended: Wear comfortable clothing you can move in and sneakers. Bring a water bottle and towel.
